HOPE IS ON ITS WAY TO LEBANON 2026

The Melkite Charitable Foundation extends its heartfelt thanks to our shepherd, Bishop Robert Rabbat, our Melkite parishes across NSW, our generous shipping sponsor Maersk, and every person who donated goods or made a financial contribution.

Thanks to your incredible generosity, 38 pallets of essential supplies are now on their way to support Melkite Catholic families affected by war and hardship in Lebanon.

The shipment includes food, hygiene products, educational resources and many other essential items that will help bring comfort, dignity and hope to families during this difficult time.

We anticipate the shipment will arrive in Lebanon by September and will be distributed by Caritas Lebanon, directly to Melkite families in urgent need.

Together, we’ve shown the power of faith, compassion and community.
